• We do not provide quotes directly to your clients.
• The pricing provided is for you (the installer/contractor), not your client.
• Under no circumstances should our quotes be sent to your client directly.
• Policy Violation Consequences:
• Failure to adhere to these rules will result in the closure of your account.
2. Product Warranty and Specifications:
• Compressor Capacity: Ensure the compressor capacity matches the area as per our pricelist. Undersizing will void all warranties.
• Inverter Units: All inverter units must have surge protection installed, regardless of size. Without this, warranties are void.
3. Stock and Payment Policies:
• Payment Confirmation: Stock will only be guaranteed once payment has been received and reflected in our account, accompanied by proof of payment.
• No Purchase Orders: Purchase orders alone do not secure stock.
4. Courier Services:
• Courier charges are valid only on the day of quotation and may change according to rates on The Courier Guy website.
5. Pricing:
• Pricing is exclusively for installers and contractors. No exceptions.
